Problem
Tetra Pak required external resources to support their offering at Synlait for the new wetmix kitchen.
Solution
DETA provided two fulltime resources who were integrated into the project delivery team, and were responsible for commissioning all services, including CIP, HVAC, and product pumping.
Outcome
DETA remained on site until the project received first product, which was a major milestone for the contract, and our technical problem-solving expertise was well received throughout the entire project.
