Increased Yield of the Primal and Middle Cuts

Problem

ANZCO Foods was looking to increase the yield of the primal and middle cuts.

Solution

As ANZCO’s project delivery partner, DETA delivered an automated cutting project at Rangitikei, their largest lamb production site. Utilising Scott technology, DETA’s project management role included facilitating contractor and customer interaction, managing a coordinated design and schedule, management of a technically challenging project within an operational processing facility.

Outcome

DETA’s technical and project management skills, combined with a positive relationship with all parties, resulted in a great outcome for the client.
