As-Building Services

Lines As-built, Layout Optimised!

Problem

Talley’s were looking to expand and required as-building services to understand what lines were currently installed and where.

Solution

DETA provided full as-building services for the Talley’s Ashburton site as part of scoping their expansion project at site.

Outcome

To minimise the amount of additional building required, we as-built the existing lines to identify if they could be moved to optimise the layout, and then provided planning assistance to site. DETA uses Revit, a 3D BIM package, to represent the process equipment and make quick changes to the design as required.
