Problem
Alliance Group needed a project delivery team that offered a collaborative partnership, has expertise in the meat sector, understands their strategic drivers, and can deliver successful outcomes.
Solution
DETA has taken responsibility for the delivery of many technical productivity improvement projects across the Alliance Group. Initially focussing on energy improvement projects, such as water recycling and hot water management projects, DETA have gone on to deliver major capital projects including deaerator and gearbox replacements for major equipment.
Outcome
DETA is currently engaged to deliver the decarbonisation implementation strategy that we developed during the Energy Transition Accelerator (ETA) programme.
