Dehydrator Optimisation

One Solved Dehydrator Issue Meeting 100% Of Performance Criteria Set

April 2018

Problem

Waitaki Bioscience had installed a new dehydrator, however, this dehydrator was not meeting performance criteria.

Solution

From analysis performed by skilled DETA employees, it was found that the tray material in the dehydrator was the root cause. Subsequent replacement of the trays rectified the operational issues

Outcome

With DETA's technical engineering support, Waitaki Bioscience's new dehydrator was able to be improved to meet performance criteria.
